We take your privacy seriously.

  • We will never share, sell, or rent personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and any other details that might be requested from you for the purpose of processing your orders.

Handling this data also allows us to:

  • Send you important account/order/service information.
  • Respond to your queries, refund requests, or complaints.
  • Process payments and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We do this on the basis of our legitimate business interests.
  • Set up and administer your account, provide technical and/or customer support, and to verify your identity.

Additionally we may also collect the following information:

  • Location and traffic data (including IP address and browser type) if you place an order, or if we need to estimate taxes and shipping costs based on your location.
  • Product pages visited and content viewed while your session is active.

  • If you choose to create an account with us, your name, address, and email address, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. WordPress.com Stats

Data Used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code. Important: The site owner does not have access to any of this information via this feature. For example, a site owner can see that a specific post has 285 views, but he/she cannot see which specific users/accounts viewed that post. Stats logs — containing visitor IP addresses and WordPress.com usernames (if available) — are retained by Automattic for 28 days and are used for the sole purpose of powering this feature.

Activity Tracked: Post and page views, video plays (if videos are hosted by WordPress.com), outbound link clicks, referring URLs and search engine terms, and country. When this module is enabled, Jetpack also tracks performance on each page load that includes the Javascript file used for tracking stats. This is exclusively for aggregate performance tracking across Jetpack sites in order to make sure that our plugin and code is not causing performance issues. This includes the tracking of page load times and resource loading duration (image files, Javascript files, CSS files, etc.).

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We control and operate BYLT.co from our offices in Elmhurst, IL in accordance with the laws of Illinois . We do not represent that materials on the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Definitions

In these Membership Terms:

  • Buyer means a Member who buys Products made available for sale on the Site.
  • Seller means a Member who makes Products available for sale non-exclusively on the Sites.
  • Member means a person who signs up as a Member by creating an account and accepting these Membership Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • Payment Agent means any payment agent or method approved by BYLT.co from time to time including, but not limited to, PayPal.
  • Products mean products available for sale on the Site including, but not limited to, web templates, Content Management System themes, and other forms of stock content in the form of creative digital computer files.
  • In these Membership Terms, a reference to “we” or “us” means BYLT.co and a reference to “you” or “your” means a Member.

Membership

You may only become a Member if you are 18 years or over.

You do not have an automatic entitlement to Membership and BYLT.co may, at its sole discretion, elect to:

  1. refuse your request to become a Member; or
  2. once Membership is granted, suspend, terminate or restrict your Membership at any time.

BYLT.co is not obliged to give reasons for any decision it makes to suspend, terminate or restrict your Membership or to reject your request to become a Member.

Your Membership is non-transferable.

Once Membership is granted you will only be able to access all areas of the Site with use of the username and password you set up at the time you become a Member.

You are responsible for each and every access or use of the Sites that occurs in conjunction with use of your username and password.

Use of your username and password is conclusive evidence that you have accessed the Membership sections of the Site.

You must use all reasonable efforts to keep your username and password confidential.

You must not allow any third party to access the Site using your username and password and make use of the Site on your behalf.

You must notify BYLT.co in writing as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Member Account, username or password.

You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for, and will indemnify BYLT.co, its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees against, any and all claims made by a third party arising out of your access to, and use of, the Site as a Member.

Benefits conferred by Membership

As a registered Member, you are subject to these Membership Terms and entitled to:

  1. buy products and services from SPYR
  2. generally make use of the Membership section of the Sites

BYLT.co’s Role

BYLT.co is an online facility that allow you to buy Products.

Ownership of Products remains with the Seller. BYLT.co does not obtain any right of ownership or use (including any intellectual property rights) in respect of the Products.

BYLT.co does not have any control over, and does not take any responsibility for, the quality, safety or legality of any Products downloaded by you from the Site.

BYLT.co does not warrant that the Products or any content, code, data or materials downloaded from the Site does not infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party. Each Seller is required to warrant that its Product does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Fees

Membership is free.

If you are a Buyer of a Product, you will pay a fee to buy the right to use that Product.

All payments by Buyers on the Site must be paid using a Payment Agent.

You are responsible for paying all fees and taxes (including withholding tax), associated with your use of the Site wherever levied (including any goods and services or value added taxes, which will be added to amounts billed to you, if applicable).

All references on BYLT.co or in this Membership Terms & Conditions to “$” and “dollars” refer to US Dollars.

All prices on the Site are expressed in US Dollars. Payment will be made in US currency and accordance with the rules of the applicable Payment Agent.

The Buyer is responsible for all costs of currency conversion from his or her preferred currency to the US Dollar.

Where a payment is made by BYLT.co to a Seller, the Seller is responsible for all costs of converting the amount of the payment from US currency into his or her preferred currency.

Member Information

BYLT.co’s information collection and use policies with respect to the privacy of such Member Information are set out in the Site’s Privacy Policy.

Affiliate Disclosure

BYLT.co is a web based company and uses and supports many 3rd party products and services. Whenever we promote a product or service on this site you can be certain that it’s something that we wholeheartedly believe in and personally use. Nevertheless you need to know that some of the links may be affiliate links. This means that when you click a link and make a purchase we may receive a commission. The money earned from these links goes towards the continued development of BYLT.co.

Return Policy
