What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we’ll gladly issue a refund within 14 days of purchase. We only ask that you contact us prior to requesting a refund to ensure that any questions or concerns you may have are not addressed via documentation or support.

What is WordPress?
WordPress is an online, open source website creation tool and content management system. Clear as mud, right? Basically, WordPress is the easiest and most powerful blogging and website content management platform (or CMS) in existence today.
How do I pick the right theme?
There’s a lot to think about in picking the right theme for your website but it often comes down to two factors: taste and purpose. The theme you choose should provide a solid platform from which to publish/deliver content and connect with your audience as well as visually represent the purpose of your website. If you’re not finding what you’re looking for in the world of child themes, it may be time to step up to a fully custom web presence. Contact SPYR when you’re ready to go big.

Are the stock photos featured in the theme demo/preview sites included in the purchase?
No. Licensing agreements prohibit us from including stock imagery in our templates. However, there are some great resources online such as iStockphoto and Fotolio.
Are PSDs (layered Photoshop files) included with my theme purchase?
No. Unless otherwise specified, PSD, or layered Photoshop files, are not included with your theme purchase.
Technical Questions
How do I purchase a theme?
All transactions on BYLT are handled via a secure connection to Stripe.
How do I download my purchased themes?
Simply go to your account dashboard and view/download any theme you have purchased.
How long after purchasing an item do I have to Download it?
Your purchase will be available for download as long as the item remains for sale on BYLT. If the item is removed from the marketplace, it will no longer be available for download.
How do I create an Account?
Follow this link and you will be asked for your name, email, and password. That’s it!
Will your themes work on WordPress.com?
Sorry, our themes are intended for use on self-hosted versions of WordPress, also known as WordPress.org.
Website hosting, who do you recommend?
We’ve had a great relationship with Bluehost for years and highly recommend their service.
Can I call you?
No, I’m afraid we don’t offer phone consulting.
What software do you suggest for editing photos?
There are many options for photo editing but two popular tools are GIMP (free) and Photoshop Elements (paid). The Mac App Store also has lots of good options for quick and easy photo editing.
