Throughout childhood when the topic of success would come up I would inevitably hear the phrase:
It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.
The cynicism never really sat well with me, but it wasn’t until much later in life that I better understood the flaw in that logic.
You know how it’s easy to stay upright on a bicycle while it’s moving, yet extremely tough to do so when it’s perfectly still? The force that makes this possible is also key to a stable, successful business. And that force is momentum.
I believe in the benefits of mindfulness and simplicity.
Less, but better.
Yet, to an outside observer, these past couple months might tell a different story.
